Ecommerce Account Manager

About the role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to nurture client relationships and help optimise online shopping experiences. You will work closely with senior strategists, design and development teams, and agency partners to deliver data‑driven ecommerce solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals and communicating impact.
- Assist in planning and executing ecommerce optimisation campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Manage project timelines, budgets and agile workflows, including backlog management and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement site changes, perform QA, and translate technical updates for clients.
- Research and recommend ecommerce apps, support implementation and optimisation.
- Document client successes and contribute to case‑study development.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1‑3 years of experience in ecommerce, account management or digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Curious, coachable and eager to learn.
