Dynamics CRM Functional Associate – D365 CE Techno‑Functional Consultant

About the role

The D365 CE Techno‑Functional Consultant will design, configure, develop and deliver end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technical experts to translate business needs into scalable CRM implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, lead workshops and produce functional specifications.
• Design solution architecture for Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules, including integration patterns and data models.
• Configure Dataverse entities, forms, views, security, business rules, workflows and Power Automate flows.
• Develop custom components such as C# plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript scripts and PCF controls.
• Implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, REST APIs and middleware; manage data migration, mapping and governance.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle – design, configuration, development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Coordinate UAT, provide end‑user training, create documentation and resolve production issues.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of CRM business processes (lead‑to‑cash, case management, service).
• Experience delivering solutions in an Agile or hybrid project environment.
• Ability to bridge functional and technical teams and communicate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Power Platform – Power Apps (model‑driven), Power Automate, Power BI.
• Dataverse architecture and solution management (ALM).
• C#/.NET plugin development.
• JavaScript / TypeScript customisations.
• REST API integration.
• Azure Integration Services – Logic Apps, Functions, Azure DevOps.
• PCF component development (preferred).
