About the role

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Administrator & Support Specialist is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the enterprise resource planning environment, focusing on Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. The role ensures system stability, data integrity, and smooth business workflows for finance and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, role‑based security, and tenant settings in Microsoft Entra ID and Lifecycle Services.
• Coordinate, test, and deploy continuous delivery and quality updates.
• Monitor batch jobs, Data Management Framework imports/exports, and core system workflows.
• Serve as primary contact for functional and technical tickets across Finance and SCM modules.
• Troubleshoot ledger configurations, bank reconciliations, AP/AR processes, period‑end closing, inventory, procurement, master planning, and warehouse logistics.
• Support integrations with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and third‑party applications.
• Identify automation opportunities, document SOPs, and maintain change logs.
• Deliver end‑user onboarding, training guides, and refresher sessions.
• Perform light in‑app personalization, build simple Power Automate flows, and write basic SQL or OData queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on administration experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
• Proven ability to resolve functional and technical issues in finance or supply‑chain modules.
• Experience coordinating system updates and ensuring data integrity.
