About the role
The Distribution Admin Assistant provides essential administrative support within a global logistics environment. You will work closely with teams to ensure smooth office operations, handle confidential information, and contribute to small‑scale projects that keep the distribution network running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare reports using various software packages and compile information from multiple sources.
- Perform general office duties such as word processing, data entry, and document auditing.
- Answer phone calls, distribute mail, and manage conference‑room reservations.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule resources, and support team communication.
- Handle confidential material on a regular basis and assist with small‑scale project tasks.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
- Comfortable working with confidential information.
- Effective communication skills for phone and in‑person interactions.
