About the role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the engineering and facilities operations of a luxury, all‑inclusive resort in Costa Rica. This senior leadership position requires strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage teams while maintaining the resort’s facilities, equipment, and building systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all engineering and facilities operations for the resort.
- Maintain and optimize the resort’s facilities, equipment, and building systems.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in hotel or resort engineering, facilities, or maintenance leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
