Director of Digital Marketing – Costa Rica (Remote)

About the role

The Ledger Law Firm is looking for a senior Director of Digital Marketing to lead and expand its remote marketing operation in Costa Rica. This role combines strategic vision, hands‑on digital expertise, and team leadership to drive high‑quality personal injury leads and improve overall marketing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital growth strategy for the Costa Rica division, focusing on personal injury lead generation.
• Build, manage, mentor, and inspire a growing remote marketing team.
• Oversee Google Ads, PPC, paid search, SEO, social media, landing pages, conversion optimization, and digital advertising.
• Set and track KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per signed case, conversion rates, ROI, and attribution.
• Analyze campaign data, identify improvement opportunities, and test new advertising concepts, landing pages, messaging, and acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with U.S. firm leadership and intake teams to optimize the path from ad impression to signed client.
• Evaluate and implement emerging marketing technologies, especially AI‑driven tools.
• Recruit additional marketers, designers, developers, and content specialists as the department scales.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading digital marketing teams, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
• Proven track record generating qualified personal injury leads or similar high‑value conversions.
• Hands‑on experience with AI applications in marketing and a strong understanding of how AI can accelerate marketing performance.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional leadership in the United States.
