Director, Clinical Operations – Change Management (Hybrid)

About the role

The Director, Change Management leads the development, maintenance, and execution of the GDMS change management framework and Business Continuity Plan. Reporting to the Head of GDMS Business Operations, this role ensures change initiatives are embedded across the organization and aligned with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with GDMS, GCTO, and other stakeholders to assess change impact of strategic projects and disruptive incidents.
• Develop and maintain impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and targeted change strategies.
• Oversee the GDMS Business Continuity Planning framework, ensuring readiness, documentation, and cross‑functional testing.
• Lead the GDMS Change Management Champions Network and train leaders on change management principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Create integrated change management plans, measurement approaches, and KPIs in partnership with the PMO and communications team.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial operations and clinical data management.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining change management frameworks.
• Strong partnership skills with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
