Digital Marketing Senior Manager

About the role

Cornerstone is building a new hub in Costa Rica and is looking for a Digital Marketing Senior Manager to lead its paid search, paid social and adjacent revenue channels. The role is hybrid and reports to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, overseeing a small team of digital marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimize integrated paid search, paid social, content syndication and vendor directory campaigns to drive lead quality and pipeline contribution.
• Lead, coach and support a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring accountability and achievement of performance targets.
• Manage audience targeting, messaging, landing‑page alignment, bidding strategies, budget allocation and attribution across all performance media.
• Build and run experimentation roadmaps (A/B, multivariate, landing‑page testing) and apply learnings to improve ROI.
• Partner with regional Field Marketing Leaders in AMER, APJ and EMEA to support events, launches and local advertising initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid search, paid social and performance media.
• Proven track record of generating leads, pipeline and measurable ROI.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, funnel analysis and forecasting.
• Experience managing budgets, resources and a small team of marketers.
• Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders and scale programs across regions.
