Digital Content Associate – Prime Video Sports

About the role

Join the Prime Video Live Events team as a Digital Content Associate, helping to deliver a seamless live‑sports experience to millions of customers worldwide. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of sports‑related web pages and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on sports detail pages, metadata, images, subtitles, audio and video assets.
• Execute test cases for new feature releases, report discrepancies and track defects.
• Conduct regression and repetitive testing to validate feature updates without compromising quality.
• Monitor operational metrics such as titles processed per hour, defect percentage and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, provide status updates and escalate issues when needed.
• Suggest and implement improvements to the QA process.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Passion for international sports (e.g., football, basketball).
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and features.
