DevOps Engineer – Hybrid Remote Role

About the role

We are building a new DevOps team and need an early‑stage engineer to shape our long‑term strategy and delivery platform. You will partner with development and IT groups to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and drive a unified engineering platform.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and refine YAML‑based CI/CD pipelines, moving away from UI‑driven configurations.
• Make infrastructure observable by implementing telemetry and monitoring solutions.
• Automate the creation of pre‑production environments that closely mirror production.
• Collaborate with developers and operations to prioritize work using DORA metrics.

Required profile

• Pragmatic mindset with a solid foundation in software development.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams to solve reliability and performance challenges.
• Ability to translate operational insights into actionable improvements.

• Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, releases, artifacts, boards)
• IIS with Application Request Routing and URL Rewrite
• Windows Server 2019+
• F5 BIG‑IP (LTM, server pools, DNS)
• CloudFlare
• DataDog (APM, logs, metrics, dashboards, monitors)
• MS SQL Server 2019+
• .NET / C#
• PowerShell, Bash, Windows command shell
