About the role
We are looking for a Development & Procurement Coordinator to support real estate, construction and hospitality development projects across multiple regions. The role combines project coordination, procurement tracking, documentation control and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate development and construction documentation across projects
- Track budgets, purchase orders, contractor proposals and approvals
- Collect vendor quotations and prepare comparison sheets
- Support procurement workflows and supplier management
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and project trackers
- Follow up with contractors, consultants and vendors to ensure timely execution
Required profile
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- 3–5 years of experience in construction, real estate, hospitality or procurement environments
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and budgeting processes
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Required skills
- Advanced Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems (preferred)
