Desarrollador SharePoint – Remoto

About the role

Rekluti, a technology talent consultancy in LATAM, is looking for a SharePoint / RPA Developer to drive large‑scale software projects for international clients. The position is fully remote with the possibility of relocation to Costa Rica based on project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced requirements for new and existing applications using the SharePoint ecosystem and automation flows.
• Build and customize scalable solutions with SPFX, CSOM, Farm Solutions, and SharePoint Designer.
• Orchestrate complex automations integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Azure Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
• Manage the development lifecycle and incident handling using agile methodologies and Azure DevOps, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (certified).
• Minimum 3 years of proven SharePoint development and maintenance experience, with at least one production project in the last three years.
• Current certifications: Power Platform (PL‑200 or PL‑500), Microsoft Azure (AZ‑900 or AZ‑204), Scrum (SFC/SMC or equivalent), DevOps (Foundation/DASA or equivalent).
• Fluent Spanish (C1) for both written and spoken communication.

Required skills

• SharePoint On‑Premises (2013+) and SharePoint Online.
• Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse.
• RPA tools and methodologies.
• API development (REST, Web API), JSON, Python, JavaScript, Azure services.
• Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Reporting Services.
