Deal Support Coordinator (Contract)

About the role

The Deal Support Coordinator provides transactional deal support and administrative assistance to help the sales team close business efficiently. This contract role is an entry point into Sales Operations, focusing on data accuracy, policy compliance, and system management.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify incoming deals for accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition policies.
• Ensure non‑standard deals have proper approvals and are resolved within set timeframes.
• Handle contract amendments such as billing address changes, term extensions, and product swaps.
• Maintain data integrity in Salesforce CPQ and correct quote or contract discrepancies.
• Enter and update deal data in Salesforce and related systems to drive KPIs.
• Monitor the internal Slack deal support hotline and route requests appropriately.
• Answer transactional questions for customer‑facing teams and support their deal inputs.
• Consistently meet defined SLAs and provide general administrative support to the Deal Desk team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience in data entry, sales support, customer service, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn sales operations processes.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce (CPQ preferred).
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adobe tools (a plus).
