Data Reporting IT Consultant IV - Contract Language Systems Analyst

About the role

This individual contributor supports the Contract Language Systems team in document generation, template maintenance, data validation and system troubleshooting. The role runs complex document production workflows using RLDatix Contraxx, builds automated reporting solutions and keeps contract and benefits documentation accurate across several systems. It calls for strong SQL, VBA and document-production skills and cross-functional collaboration with business users, IT developers, QA testers, vendors and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work assignments and support business projects, coordinate resources and escalate high-priority issues
• Develop requirements for complex solutions, gather business, functional and non-functional requirements and document business cases with cost, benefit and TCO analysis
• Map current-state to future-state processes, recommend integrations and process improvements, and support vendor evaluation
• Support solution design, maintain standardized tools and templates, and promote continuous process improvement
• Build automated reporting solutions and ensure accuracy in contract and benefits documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 6 years' experience in document systems, contract management systems or a related field
• At least 1 year in a leadership role, with or without direct reports
• Experience with regression testing, test scenarios, output comparison and defect tracking

Required skills

• SQL querying, data validation and relational databases (minimum 3 years)
• Advanced Microsoft Word, including templates, styles, formatting and metadata (minimum 3 years)
• VBA macro development for Word and/or Excel (minimum 2 years)
• Document generation systems or contract management platforms (minimum 2 years)
• Preferred: RLDatix Contraxx, Splunk, IBM Operational Decision Manager, Python/Java with SQL Server, accessibility testing
