Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant IV

About the role

The Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant IV will lead the design, development, and automation of data‑driven solutions that enable strategic decision‑making across the organization. This individual contributor will gather, prepare, and analyze data, translate business needs into analytical deliverables, and communicate insights through clear storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Define and calculate key metrics, develop and validate algorithms, and conduct descriptive, correlational, inferential, and predictive analyses.
• Design, build, and automate reporting solutions and interactive BI visualizations in partnership with stakeholders.
• Interpret analytical findings, create narrative reports and presentations, and influence decision‑making.
• Consult with business units to clarify needs, translate requirements into data collection methods, and develop analysis plans.
• Validate data sources, extract and merge data across systems, and maintain routine data refreshes.
• Develop, test, and refine statistical or analytical models that generate actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality through integration, consolidation, profiling, and cleansing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a leadership role (with or without direct reports).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in data analytics or a closely related discipline.
