Data Reporting & Analytics Consultant IV

About the role

The Data Reporting & Analytics Consultant IV will lead strategic, data‑driven decision making by gathering, preparing, and analyzing data across multiple sources. This individual contributor will design and automate reporting solutions, build analytical models, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define, calculate, and validate metrics and algorithms; conduct descriptive, correlational, inferential, and predictive statistical analyses.
• Develop, implement, and automate business and reporting solutions, including interactive BI dashboards and visualizations.
• Interpret analysis results, create compelling stories and presentations, and advise stakeholders on data‑informed decisions.
• Gather and cleanse data from diverse sources, ensure data quality, and maintain documentation for analytical processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or a closely related field (or 8 years with equivalent experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (advanced degrees optional).
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
