Data Operations Specialist

About the role

The Data Operations Specialist provides comprehensive business administration support to management and rating analysts within a designated Line of Business, ensuring accurate data handling and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Support document download processes, resolve issues, and contribute to operational improvements.
• Assist with new deal setup, data capture, lifecycle maintenance, and data quality assurance for rating analysts.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data updates, rating actions, publishing, and preparing research and press release templates in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Monitor shared mailboxes, manage client requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with technical teams, escalate complex issues, and resolve basic client inquiries.

Required profile

• Entry‑level with 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial data or product environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and client‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and interest in responsible AI practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
