Data Analyst – Reporting, Analysis & Project Work

About the role

We are looking for a self‑starter who loves to crunch data and continuously improves analytical skills. The Data Analyst will focus on reporting, analysis and project work, supporting the GRE measurement strategy and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Capture business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Clean, transform and prepare sales performance data using SQL.
• Perform administrative data management, including tracking learning items and organizing survey responses.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Google Sheets, Excel and visual assets for Google Slides or Workday Reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve dashboard or data issues.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies.
• Present findings and recommendations with clear visualizations.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate problem‑solving and improve efficiency.
• QA new and modified dashboards for accuracy and functionality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics or quantitative analysis.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong communication and critical‑thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or a related field (beneficial).
