Data Analyst (Intermediate/Senior)

About the role

We are seeking Intermediate and Senior Data Analysts to join a data‑driven team that turns complex information into actionable business insights for our clients in Costa Rica and Mexico. Depending on your experience, you will either support or lead the development of reporting and Business Intelligence solutions, and help drive data‑informed decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into insights that guide strategic decisions.
• Design, implement and automate dashboards, visualizations and analytical reports using BI tools.
• Gather, query, clean and consolidate data from multiple sources while ensuring data quality.
• Develop and validate analytical or statistical models to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting or related fields (5‑10+ years also welcomed).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
• Fluent English with solid written and verbal communication skills.
