Customer Support Representative – Medical Device Account Specialist

About the role

This position manages customer accounts in the medical‑device sector, acting as the primary point of contact for order status, pricing, and support. The role ensures smooth internal coordination and builds long‑term relationships by delivering solutions that meet customer needs and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and route communications to the appropriate teams.
• Manage order status, product information, account details, and pricing to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Prioritise daily customer requests and adjust priorities based on manufacturing constraints.
• Collaborate with planning, production, logistics, finance and account managers to meet forecasts and customer expectations.
• Analyse customer forecasts, prepare quotes, conduct margin reviews and support sales operations.
• Gather product and process specifications to align internal resources with customer requirements.
• Assist with contract interpretation, pricing, Incoterms, safety stock and related topics.
• Provide data for internal and external audits and ensure procedural compliance.
• Document initial customer complaints (RMA) and handle invoicing and past‑due follow‑up.

Required profile

• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and flexibility to prioritise manufacturing customer requirements.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with a focus on customer results.
