Customer Success Representative

About the role

Pacific Barcode, a label manufacturer with operations in Southern California and Costa Rica, is hiring a Customer Success Representative. The role owns the customer experience and drives business growth by being the primary contact for a set of accounts: qualifying requests, preparing quotes, converting orders and keeping customers informed from entry through shipment. It also involves nurturing relationships, identifying reorder opportunities and cross-selling.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound requests and prepare accurate quotes, including pricing, lead times and terms
• Follow up on open quotes and convert approved quotes into sales orders
• Enter and validate orders in the system, trigger workflows such as proof requests and die checks, and generate work orders, pick lists and packing slips
• Serve as the main account contact, giving proactive status updates and coordinating changes in writing
• Work with Production, Purchasing and Shipping to validate dates, material availability and carrier details
• Maintain complete documentation, accurate customer records and proof files
• Handle first-line issues, create RMAs and arrange replacements or credits
• Verify shipments and pricing for invoicing and close orders accurately

Required profile

• English proficiency is required
• Excellent computer skills

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with QuickBooks and Smartsheet is a plus

The stated salary range is 700,000 to 750,000 Colones per month plus a quarterly bonus.
