Customer Success Renewal Specialist – Remote Eligible

About the role

As a Customer Success Renewal Specialist you will support the Customer Success Organization by managing a high‑volume portfolio of renewals, ensuring a world‑class experience for customers. The role is based in San José, Costa Rica with flexibility to work remotely as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high‑volume renewals while handling customer requests and internal queries.
• Negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and service periods directly with customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies using analytics.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM and ensure timely completion of purchase orders and order forms.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact renewals, leveraging the SFDC Service Cloud case system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience, familiar with SaaS renewal processes.
• Strong sense of urgency, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
• Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity.

Required skills

• Salesforce or other CRM systems.
