Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Customer Success Manager to act as the primary advocate for our clients while leading the professionals we place with them. The position is hybrid, based in Costa Rica with one day per week in our Escazú office and is paid through the local payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring staffing solutions match evolving project goals.
• Provide direct oversight, performance management and support for deployed consultants.
• Lead contract renewal negotiations, rate adjustments and expansion of service agreements.
• Drive talent retention by managing the employee experience of consultants.
• Adapt strategies quickly in response to client feedback or scope changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of account management or sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• At least 1 year of people‑management experience overseeing professional teams or consultants.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (minimum B2 level) and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to conduct commercial negotiations and handle contract discussions.
• High adaptability to a fast‑moving staffing and solutions environment.

Required skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken) – minimum B2 level.
