Customer Success Manager - Costa Rica

About the role

Owner is a remote-first, global company building an AI-native platform for local business owners, starting with restaurants. It is hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager for Costa Rica, a remote-first position. You will manage a large, dynamic portfolio of 120+ customers across all stages of the customer lifecycle, focusing on the most at-risk segment to maximize adoption, deliver value and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Engage at-risk customers to maximize product adoption and reduce churn
• Generate brand ambassadors and uncover expansion opportunities
• Influence changes on the team and customer journey by giving feedback to cross-functional teams
• Deliver a world-class customer experience with the Launch and Support teams
• Help customers improve ROI through personalized advice
• Refine health metrics and scale success across the customer base

Required profile

• 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role
• Proven account management or full-cycle sales results
• Background in B2B2C, ideally food/hospitality and technology
• Full fluency in English; bonus: restaurant experience

Required skills

• High volume of daily calls and meetings
• Objection handling and de-escalation
• Data interpretation (Salesforce, Sales Loft, TalkDesk, Gong, Loom, Metabase)
