About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Operations professional to help train next‑generation AI systems. Working remotely, you will provide real‑world insights that shape how AI models understand and respond to customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute expert insights to improve AI‑powered customer service solutions.
• Review and analyze real customer service scenarios and deliver actionable feedback for model training.
• Document findings using Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Collaborate with the customer‑service team to ensure data accuracy, organization, and confidentiality.
• Provide high‑quality, context‑rich input to support continuous AI improvement.
• Participate in feedback sessions and help calibrate annotation standards.
