Customer Service Export Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Export Representative supports export order management for the Life Science business, ensuring accurate processing, documentation, and customer support across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, and export transactions accurately.
• Prepare and manage export documentation according to country, product, shipping, and payment requirements.
• Provide product, pricing, order status, and shipment information to customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer and distributor requests, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain customer master data, pricing, and shipping conditions in relevant systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless order execution.

Required profile

• High school completed with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, order management, or export operations.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2) and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests, investigate issues, and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Positive, solution‑driven attitude and effective teamwork across functions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with SAP (considered a plus).
• Proficiency in using reporting tools.
