Customer Project/Program Management Specialist (Consumption Service)

About the role

The Customer Project/Program Management Specialist (Consumption Service) leads customer engagements to ensure projects meet scope, time, budget and quality expectations. This hybrid role requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office in Heredia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of customer projects, including financials, P&L and budget compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, representing HPE to external customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing projects.
• Lead project teams of up to 20 members, mentoring and reviewing performance.

Required profile

• First‑level university degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Ability to handle medium to high‑risk, moderately complex projects.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HPE services operational policies and project management methodologies.
• Experience with financial forecasting and budget management.
• Progress on PMP certification path.
