Customer Incentive Plan (CIP) Analyst

About the role

Solventum is seeking a Customer Incentive Plan Analyst to manage and optimize its incentive programs, including rebates and marketing development funds. This remote position supports finance, sales, and marketing teams while ensuring accurate accruals and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily Customer Incentive Program activities, including rebates and MDF programs.
• Validate monthly accruals and support timely customer payments.
• Review MDF claims for accuracy, documentation, and policy compliance.
• Resolve transaction, payment, accrual, and system issues with stakeholders and identify root causes.
• Support CIP processes during system enhancements and process changes.
• Guide business users on CIP processes and system inquiries.
• Act as primary CIP contact for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and IT.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel and Power BI.
• Prepare materials and meeting notes for monthly accrual reviews.

Required profile

• Technical degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or finance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with financial and sales analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SAP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
