Creative Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Creative Quality Control Specialist ensures that all creative and digital deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance before they are released. Working on‑site at the Barreal office, you will act as the final quality gate across a variety of assets, from static graphics to interactive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality reviews of static creatives, video assets, HTML emails, display banners, websites, and mobile experiences.
• Identify, document, and communicate visual, content, functional, and technical defects with clear, actionable feedback.
• Validate assets against brand guidelines, client requirements, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with producers, designers, developers, and other cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and mitigate delivery risks.
• Execute established QC processes, maintain project documentation, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) in reading, writing, and conversation.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or creative production review.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Knowledge of QA/QC methodologies, defect management, and testing processes.
• Familiarity with creative asset specifications, file formats, export settings, and delivery requirements.
