About the role
We are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant to be the front‑line representative for our clients. In this role you will help customers travel smart by managing reservations, advising on policy compliance and providing up‑to‑date industry information.
Key responsibilities
- Search, book and confirm travel reservations for corporate clients.
- Interpret and apply client travel policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide clients with relevant industry data such as low fares, exchange rates and penalty fees.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships, offering actionable suggestions.
- Maintain and continuously expand knowledge of the travel industry and supported markets.
Required profile
- Extensive experience as a Travel Agent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures and processes.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
