Corporate Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for internal positions across sales, marketing, operations, account management and senior roles. Working remotely, you will partner with global hiring leaders, design sourcing strategies, manage candidate communication and support onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of functional areas, from sourcing to offer extension.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and global leaders to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
• Post openings on online platforms, screen employee referrals and employ creative sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interview assessments, provide role overviews to candidates and shortlist qualified applicants for final interviews.
• Coordinate interview attendance and facilitate internal transfers in close partnership with the HR department.
• Conduct background checks to verify candidate information and documentation.
• Forecast applicant needs, support onboarding, and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Advise leadership on talent market trends, talent mapping data and recruitment best practices.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager with policy, process and budgetary matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for corporate functions.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of talent market trends and best‑practice sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
