Coordinador de Last Mile

About the role

The Last Mile Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the final distribution of medicines, reagents, medical supplies, and materials to Blue Medical's clinics, recurring patients, home‑delivery requests, and other operational units. The role ensures timely, complete, and cost‑effective deliveries while meeting established service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery schedules for clinics, recurring patients, and other sales units.
• Plan and optimise distribution routes, assigning dispatch priorities.
• Supervise transporters and manage fleet or logistics providers.
• Guarantee complete deliveries, control proof‑of‑delivery evidence, and handle returns.
• Resolve logistical incidents and maintain permanent communication with clinics.
• Track urgent requests, coordinate extraordinary deliveries, and ensure SLA compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating distribution or transportation.
• Experience managing fleets or logistics suppliers.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and internal customer orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of logistics performance indicators.
• Desirable: Power BI for reporting.
