About the role

The Quality Coordinator ensures that food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Working within Kerry's global food and nutrition business, the role supports compliance with regulatory requirements, maintains certifications, and drives continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and guarantee compliance with the food safety and quality management system.
• Interpret and apply FSSC 22000 guidelines throughout the operation.
• Coordinate and follow up internal and external audits.
• Monitor, analyse, and report quality performance indicators.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions arising from identified deviations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for quality and safety systems.
• Ensure adherence to applicable food‑industry regulations.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on quality and safety.
• Utilise management tools and information systems to track processes and records.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Chemistry, Quality Engineering, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Agro‑industry.
• Minimum three years of experience in the food industry.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and food‑safety control.
• Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, quality and food‑safety management systems, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience working in food manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
