Contracts Commercial Excellence Analyst

About the role

Baxter is hiring a Contracts Commercial Excellence Analyst in its Commercial Operations department in La Aurora. The analyst resolves and troubleshoots operational issues involving Channel Operations (CHOPs) and commercial contracts, interacts with several groups, supports financial and operational processes and drives process improvement and efficiency. The role is also described as covering the Medical Products Division and the US Hospital Products Division.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly and daily activities via calendar to meet established SLAs.
• Analyze contractual terms based on customer commitments and set them up in the BAM and JDE systems.
• Handle the vaporizer failure process, RMA and exhibits, and support verbal contract annual maintenance.
• Support product launches and resigns, and analyze price increases and price expirations.
• Pay incentives and rebates by volume when required, and support creation of agreements and amendments for customers.
• Create and maintain SOPs, and act as escalation contact and backup for the contract supervisor.
• Respond to corporate audit requests, give one-off approvals in BAM, and collaborate on quality assurance of contracts processes.
• Work with US analysts, supervisors and managers to solve business issues, and contribute to incremental volume, Vizient and Premier resign and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• More than 2 years of experience in commercial contracts in a GBS center, AP, T&E or commercial demonstration.
• Fully bilingual (English / Spanish), B2 level required.
• Knowledge of Commercial Operations policies and ability to answer inquiries.
• Organized, proactive, analytical, able to work under pressure, eager to learn and team-oriented.
