Consumer Relations Social Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Consumer Relations Social Engagement Specialist represents the brand across social media and online ratings, monitoring conversations, responding to consumer queries, and delivering personalized support in line with brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to consumer comments, questions, ratings, reviews, and product issues across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok and other channels within defined SLAs.
• Provide accurate, personalized responses, correct misinformation, and escalate cases when needed.
• Support live events with real‑time consumer moderation and assistance.
• Track trends, competitors and emerging issues to flag reputational risks and opportunities.
• Analyze engagement metrics and feed insights to brand and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
• Ability to build trust, generate positive word of mouth and adapt messaging to each brand’s voice.
