Consultant, Strategy & Technology

About the role

Konrad Group is seeking a Consultant, Strategy & Technology to join its digital consultancy team. You will work closely with senior colleagues and clients to solve complex business problems, create user‑centric digital experiences, and explore emerging technologies such as AI.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior team members on projects ranging from rapid‑to‑market initiatives to large‑scale digital transformations.
• Assist in designing and delivering digital solutions across multiple industries.
• Lead and participate in user‑experience design‑thinking workshops with clients.
• Analyze client business challenges, gather process information, and translate insights into elegant user experiences.
• Coordinate project activities and manage timelines.
• Act as a thought leader on emerging technology trends, including artificial intelligence.
• Prepare presentations, documentation, RFP responses, and other collateral.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of relevant experience in strategy, design, or technology engagements.
• Passion for user experience, digital design, and technology.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting ideas.
