Construction Project Manager – Area Lead (Southeast US & LATAM)

About the role

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) team seeks a senior Construction Area Manager to lead construction services across Southeast United States and Latin America. You will oversee new builds, retrofits, renovations, expansions, and decommissions for corporate facilities, driving projects from design through occupancy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Area’s construction strategy and delivery standards across eight countries.
• Lead a team of Construction Managers, managing project, design, and external partner performance.
• Own financial governance, cost controls, reporting, and change‑management across multiple currencies.
• Manage vendor procurement, performance, and contract termination for general contractors and specialty trades.
• Prepare project status, risk reports, and concise narratives for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with authorities having jurisdiction to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture or design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing multiple large projects.
• Fluent in French and English for complex technical communication.
