Compliance Operations Specialist – Training & Learning Programs

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Compliance Operations Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end execution of global training, learning and enablement programs. You will coordinate participant registration, event logistics, webinars and reporting to ensure seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage participant registration, communications, program rosters and learner tracking throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate virtual and onsite training events, including venue setup, catering, materials, and vendor management.
• Set up and support webinars, handling invitations, live facilitation, breakout rooms, polling and post‑event reporting.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports, maintain program trackers and analyze learner data for insights.
• Develop and monitor program budgets, process purchase orders, invoices and manage vendor contracts.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in program operations, training, corporate events or learning enablement.
• Strong project coordination, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for managing large data sets and reports.
• Experience with event registration platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency in setting up and supporting webinars and virtual training tools.
