About the role

The Communication Agent at Four Seasons Resort Peninsula Papagayo provides prompt, personalized assistance to guests and employees, ensuring exceptional service in line with Four Seasons standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general information and support to callers, familiar with brand standards, hotel services, and daily activities.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, answer all incoming calls promptly with a friendly tone, and direct calls to appropriate extensions.
• Utilize the Golden guest profile system to ensure accurate guest recognition.
• Manage guest interactions via phone, email, messenger, or fax, handling special requests and resolving complaints professionally.
• Accept and manage wake‑up calls and handle “Do Not Disturb”, busy extensions, call transfers, and other call‑related functions.
• Report and log any phone maintenance or operational issues.
• Handle chat messages accurately and efficiently according to brand standards.
• Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies or safety situations.
• Perform other tasks or projects assigned by hotel management.

Required profile

• Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading English.
