About the role
We are seeking an inspiring Commercial Development Team Leader to drive growth, lead a talented team, and shape our commercial strategy across key markets and channels. You will turn data into decisions and ideas into impact, working at the heart of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and implement commercial strategies that optimise revenue streams and strengthen client relationships.
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of 4‑8 people, providing clear direction and performance feedback.
- Own all commercial KPIs – revenue, margin, conversion rates, NPS – and report regularly on performance.
- Act as first point of escalation for client issues and coordinate execution from booking to financial tracking.
- Champion process improvements and digital transformation, ensuring adoption of new tools and platforms.
- Support prospecting, conversion, onboarding and drive upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales within the travel or DMC sector, with a track record of managing key accounts and closing revenue‑driving deals.
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable with revenue analysis, client profitability and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, providing mentoring and creating development plans.
- Experience driving process improvements and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills for building client relationships and resolving conflicts.
