Commercial Communication Project/Program Manager

About the role

This position supports the delivery of small‑scale, low‑risk internal projects with a commercial communication focus. You will manage project finances, provide reliable forecasts, and contribute research and data analysis to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Execute internal projects of local scope, handling all financial aspects and meeting approved budgets.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial forecasts and monthly cost tracking.
• Conduct early‑stage project analysis and develop executable requirements using basic project‑management tools.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental activities to ensure proper planning, scheduling, and quality delivery.
• Produce written reports, conclusions, and recommendations based on research and data analysis.
• Facilitate project meetings, share updates on progress and impediments, and maintain standardized reporting for first‑level stakeholders.
• Track time, expenses, and invoices promptly and ensure they are approved.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0‑2 years of experience in project management, preferably within HP Services or global project environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
