About the role

Instacredit, a leading financial services company with more than 25 years of experience, is looking for a Commercial Advisor to join its growing team in Cartago. You will be responsible for promoting financial products, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the company’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell financial and commercial products to customers.
• Provide customer service and manage collection activities.
• Handle objections and negotiate with clients to close sales.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets under pressure.
• Maintain accurate records using company computer tools.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachillerato) completed.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or collections.
• Residence in Cartago or nearby areas.
• Assertive communication and ability to work under pressure.
