About the role

Instacredit, a leading financial services company with 25 years of experience across Central America, is seeking a Commercial Advisor to join its Alajuela team. The role focuses on selling financial products, providing customer service, and supporting collections.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Instacredit’s financial solutions to commercial clients.
• Maintain and expand client relationships through proactive communication.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage payment collections and follow‑up on overdue accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Utilize computer tools and CRM systems to track activities and document interactions.

Required profile

• Completed high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial or financial sales, customer service, and collections.
• Residence in Alajuela or surrounding area.
• Assertive communication, ability to handle objections, and work under pressure to meet goals.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with standard office software.
