About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Services Coordinator to join The Gypsy Travel & Cruise team. This remote, flexible position allows you to help clients plan unforgettable vacations while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning vacations, cruises, and custom travel experiences.
• Book flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and excursions.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Recommend destinations and travel experiences tailored to each client’s needs.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media.
• Stay updated on travel promotions, destination news, and industry tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each trip.
