Client Account Management Specialist

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an autonomous, self‑starting Client Account Management Specialist to support senior leaders on key accounts in San Jose, Costa Rica. You will act as a strategic liaison, helping account teams build relationships, win projects and deliver high‑quality work for our most important clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute client relationship strategies, leveraging Deloitte thought leadership and accelerators.
• Support account strategy and operating model, including annual planning and financial analysis.
• Prepare materials for account leadership meetings and assist with leadership development initiatives.
• Manage talent strategy for the account, including onboarding, off‑boarding and team communications.
• Oversee confidential information programs, compliance initiatives, procurement relationships and contracting.
• Track opportunities, produce internal reports and ensure smooth account operations.
