Civil Engineer / Project Supervisor

About the role

Gatbor Interamericana S.A. is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer / Project Supervisor to lead the execution of PVC window and door projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. You will ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction from measurement to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical site visits and take precise measurements.
• Create workshop drawings and construction details using AutoCAD.
• Generate production orders for PVC windows and doors.
• Coordinate and supervise installation crews on‑site.
• Plan production and installation schedules.
• Manage resources, materials, tools, and personnel for each project.
• Track project progress and ensure adherence to committed dates.
• Maintain constant communication with the commercial team regarding start dates, progress, deliveries, and issues.
• Resolve technical and operational problems during execution.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Verify work quality and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare progress and closure reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising construction, finishing, or system‑installation projects.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Valid B1 driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
