Citrix Specialist for the CISCO Account (WFH)

About the role

The organization is looking for a Citrix Specialist to provide high‑impact, enterprise‑level support for the CISCO account. This remote position requires advanced English communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data‑center virtualization issues worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for escalated issues on customer infrastructure, delivering timely resolution.
• Design, implement, and validate complex changes across UCS, storage, and hypervisor platforms.
• Provide systems and product training to internal teams and customers.
• Monitor resource allocation, performance tuning, and optimization of virtualization environments.

Required profile

• 4‑7+ years of data‑center infrastructure virtualization support experience.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
• Advanced spoken and written English (minimum 85% proficiency).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and crisis‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Citrix XenServer, XenApp, and Netscaler.
• Experience with NetApp, Pure storage (desired).
• Knowledge of Cisco UCS Blade/Rack servers (desired).
• CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certifications (desired).
• ITIL certification (desired).
• Proficiency in at least one virtualization platform: Citrix, VMware/vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V, or KVM.
• Scripting or development language skills; AI‑driven automation is a plus.
