About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Campaign Specialist to join our new Costa Rica office. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with leading marketing platforms and the chance to develop a solid foundation in digital campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Create and personalize email campaigns using standard templates.
• Manage email marketing calendars to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality‑check content for errors and compliance with deliverability standards.
• Send campaigns via email, push notifications, and SMS.
• Build workflows and target‑group criteria in marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with specialty teams and Solution Experts to optimise client communications.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a strong interest in digital marketing.
• Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to perform routine and complex tasks.
