Campaign Marketing Manager

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to shape and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and pipeline growth. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, you will work closely with portfolio marketers, business leaders and creative talent to turn strategic ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch campaign visions and integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using agile principles to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Create channel activation plans, including client targeting strategies and multi‑touch customer journey maps.
• Partner with stakeholders on content strategy, development and deployment across social media, video, podcasts and client stories.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics as needed, and lead post‑campaign ROI analysis.
• Negotiate statements of work, manage resources and timelines for campaign execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns for B2B services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑changing environment and adapting strategies quickly.
