Call Center Agent (Hybrid & Office)

About the role

Bill Gosling Outsourcing, a global provider of customer care, sales and financial services outsourcing solutions, is looking for enthusiastic Call Center Agents. The role is offered in a hybrid and office setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review account status and information thoroughly and find the best solution for the customer where applicable.
• Take follow-up actions until customer issues are fully resolved.
• Engage with customers on inbound and outbound calls, emails and other channels to update account information.
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements where applicable.
• Respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions, products or alternatives.
• Overcome consumer objections and refer complaints immediately to the appropriate manager, team lead or department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• For on-site positions, candidates must live within a 20-kilometre radius of the office.
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required.
• High school education is preferred but not required.
• English proficiency equivalent to CEFR B2, or 85% or more on an English test.

Required skills

• Clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Problem-solving and attention to detail in data entry and follow-up.
• Comfort with customer service platforms and CRM systems.
• Adaptability, teamwork and willingness to learn.
